The network is staffed across the ten European markets where tower programmes concentrate, plus Latin America and the United States. Any further country is opened on the same SOP, with no country setup surcharge.

Is the rate the same everywhere?
The method is. The unit rate is fixed per country, so the price does not move inside that market.
