How a programme runs
Sites are issued by region. The nearest qualified operator deploys. Planning, access and quality control sit with Operations, not with the pilot. Capacity is 5 to 15 operators per country in Europe, Latin America and the United States.
A unit rate is fixed per country once site type, capture requirement and volume are known. Same scope, same country, same price.
